1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the 855pub website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

2.1 To register and maintain an account with 855pub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 855pub strictly enforces this requirement and will verify your age during the registration process.
2. You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of the Services.
3. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 855pub, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not have previously had an 855pub account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

2.2 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements set out in clause 2.1. 855pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2.3 It is a criminal offence under Philippine law for persons under the age of 21 to participate in gambling activities. 855pub takes its obligations in this regard seriously and employs age verification procedures to prevent underage access to the platform.

3.1 To access the full range of 855pub Services, you must register an account. You may only hold one (1) account on the 855pub platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested by 855pub. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 855pub reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, we may request copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.4 You must not register an account on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your account. Account sharing is prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 855pub login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party.

4.2 You agree to notify 855pub immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 855pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.3 855pub recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is not mandatory, it provides an additional layer of security and is strongly encouraged for all 855pub account holders.

4.4 855pub will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 855pub requesting your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

5.1 All financial transactions on the 855pub platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply to individual payment methods and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.2 855pub accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions are also accepted. 855pub does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Deposits are generally credited to your 855pub account immediately upon confirmation of receipt. 855pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 855pub reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same account holder, subject to applicable limits.

5.5 855pub reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on any transaction. Transactions that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be delayed, suspended, or reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with our legal obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.

6.1 855pub may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be published alongside each offer.

6.2 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, use of automated software, or any other method that 855pub determines to be abusive will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.

6.3 855pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by subsequent changes to that specific offer, provided they continue to comply with the applicable terms.

6.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players must opt in to bonuses where required. Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified validity period will expire automatically.

7.1 All games available on the 855pub platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

7.2 855pub uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, 855pub will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game outcome cannot be determined due to a technical fault, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 855pub's decision in such matters is final.

7.4 Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over 855pub or other players. The use of bots, automated betting systems, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers is strictly prohibited.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 855pub platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including the use of software exploits or vulnerabilities;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 855pub staff or other players;
• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person;
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your account;

9.1 All content on the 855pub platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of 855pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 855pub platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 855pub.

9.3 The 855pub name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 855pub. You must not use any of these marks without the prior written permission of 855pub. Unauthorised use of 855pub trademarks may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal liability.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 855pub, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if 855pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2 855pub does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

10.3 In no event shall 855pub's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 855pub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 855pub's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.1 855pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we have implemented a range of tools and measures to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 855pub account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts to notify them when they have been playing for a specified period of time.

12.1 855pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes;
• You are no longer eligible to hold an account under clause 2;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

12.2 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 855pub reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is not due to your breach, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.3 You may close your 855pub account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued.

13.1 855pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.2 The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and may close your account in accordance with clause 12.3.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 855pub Services shall first be referred to 855pub's customer support team for resolution. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players may also refer complaints relating to regulated gaming activities to PAGCOR.

15.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
